Love the idea of the lid falling off lol. They are usually sellotaped aren't they? Anyway love the green triangle (not sure if this is Roses or Quality Street tho).
Hazelnut Whirls - no contest
God, it annoys me that this is what the shops are doing now! The co-op does the same- two for one, half price on all their xmas food! They KNOW I am too greedy to save it! So we end up buying it now (October!) and again in a few weeks for xmas! No wonder we are a nation of fatties!! Hmph.
Rant over, strawberry creme please.
I'll have the orange creme if it's going spare then. Yum.
just adore the coffee unes yum! yum! o 'look what u have made me do i need chocolate now! ure fault dave.
the big purple one for me please
The caramel one, the fudge one or the toffee one, or that one in the red wrapper that is kind of like toffee and nutty?

Quality St are my favourite though, and it has to be the toffee finger or toffee penny every time :-)
any of the nut ones.

I hate it when the lid falls off like that! I recall years ago, my best friend opening the selotape around her parents tin under the tree and pinching a few at a time. She resealed it each time

They opened it at xmas to find only about 20 chocs left lol
We didn't get Roses years ago, but we did get Christmas Cakes which my mother made and decorated well before the event. We were warned not to touch them or Santa wouldn't come!
She checked them regularly but on one occasion my brother ate the cake from underneath without her noticing.
Without doubt the Hazelnut Whirls, but also partial to the small squares of dairy milk.
all ofthe above (unfortuneately) :-)
Hi,agree totally with Alibobs.I take all the Hazlenut Whirls out before anyone even gets a look in
always gotta be the soft caramel for me!
My favourite has to be the hazlenut whirl also.

However I am at a loss about Dave, Scarlett and Zipadeedohdah's answers re the strawberry and orange creams. In our house those are always the ones left rattling around in the tin for weeks and weeks after Christmas.

Come the end of January they usually end up in the bin, or when my hubby's not looking....in the dog!
