50th birthday

Right one of my mates was 50 yesterday (year younger than me -although I have to say I cant wait until next year cos I think 50 is the new 40 -my 40's have been the crappiest times of my life -without exception) -anyway -gonna meet up with the muttons (no doubt at all) and the fashion -whats that brigade -still with the feathered hair and that (miaow -sorry) Now I am just gonna go black chiffony gypsy blouse type thing -leggings and lace up knee high boots -silver hoops -thats me - better than trying to go over the top -whatya think -seriously -cos I have pondered all day about this and I thought -just go as you would normally go BUT im nervous in case I look like a Goth or something -lol.Its gonna be like a class reunion and I dont wanna look like ive tried when I havent really -yikes -think im just nervous....

add some bright red, a belt, or a shrug or something, black is too severe and red draws attention

Cheers Dot -I have a little red silky scarf fringed thing that would just break the black from my cardigan thingy (one of those wear over cardies) with the big buttons.Think it would work -i'll let ya know x

Well spotted spudqueen -I had indeed imbibed slighly -then I went on to imbibe largely-I am currently drinking Scotlands water supply dry -lol
