Does anyone know if the whoopee-hippo cushion sometimes used by Abby/Paula Perrette is available to buy, if so from whom or where???

I remember this being asked on another site, and the answer given was that you couldn't and that Bert (the farting hippo) was an ordinary stuffed hippo which had been opened up and a whoopie cushion fitted in place of some of the stuffing.That was some while ago though so possibly somebody has seen an opening and started making them by now.
