Does Anyone have a recipe they have used for Garlic in Brine or for Pickled Garlic

Have found a great many wild garlic bulbs in the garden and want to use them - any recipes appreciated to keep them.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.You can chop garlic and freeze it in ice cubes then just pop into recipes such as casseroles etc. also you can roast it and pulp it then use it as a spread with cheese on toast etc. Homemade mayo with roasted garlic pulp is also very nice.
You can make white sauce with roast garlic and freeze it. Just deforst and gently warm through and pour over things like grilled pork loins etc.
