Catcus Yellowing. Any ideas?

I have a few cactus, however one of them has gone from the deep green colour at the bottom to yellow.


Has anyone got any ideas what could be wrong with it?


Is it too late to be saved?

It could be over watered. It is easy to do this time of year as they dont need watering much during the winter.
