Is it possible to plant a daffodil that my daughter planted and grew at school from its pot to my garden, will it flower again next year?

Plant it in good well drained soil in a sunny or partially sunny condition as deep or a bit deeper than it was in the pot (bulb should be covered by 4 to 6 inches of soil) and feed it. Cut off the dead flowers but leave the leaves growing and let them die off of their own accord. If it was a forced(specially treated) bulb, it may rest next year and flower the year after.
