Yukka Plants

My Yukka seems to be dying, i was gardening this morning and noticed black mildew at the base when i was trimming the spurs back.
What can i do for it?

Remove any badly affected leaves and then spray with a fungicide to prevent any further spread. As the weather warms up and the plant becomes stronger it should grown through it. They are tough plants and it has probably just suffered due to the cold so a little TLC should help.
