At that price .. There isn't one.
Check eBay for second-hand. You might be better off with mains electric one, as the engine driven cheap ones are really pretty naff .. don't start, or last only a couple of years.

Unfortunately cheap garden equipment are a complete waste of money. Buy good, buy once.
