Broken Tiles in Shower.

How can I remove and replace three broken tiles in my shower area?

Tap the broken ones with a hammer 'til they shatter, then remove the rest of the bits, and the adhesive with a hammer and cold chisel.

As The Builder says then when you remove them start in the centre of each tile if you can. This usually means that there will be less chance of breaking the surrounding tiles than if you try removing them from the edge.
