Nodding Birds

I don't know whether this is the correct place to ask, if not I apologize. Does anyone remember the nodding birds ? There was some sort of chemical in the body & if you placed them near a tumbler of water they would bend down & appear to drink the water & then stand up straight again & then constantly repeat the moves, I am wondering if it possible to buy them now.

I've got a toy with several little hens on a round piece of wood joined together and underneath to a ball. You have to hold a handle and swivel the ball round and the chickens peck at the board one at a time as if they were feeding. The kids love it, but they always want to take it apart to see how it works.
