Help Finding Matching Doors For My Kitchen Cupboards

I'm looking to modify my existing fitted kitchen in order to have a split level cooker. I can re-jig some of my units and can have new unit carcasses supplied by the same company who I dealt with 16 years ago.

The only problem is that the unit doors are now discontinued and I'm trying to find someone who has a few tucked away somewhere.

The doors have been identified as BRECON LIGHT OAK and I would need one door for a 400mm wide tall wall cupboard and doors to fit a 600mm oven housing unit (not sure what door sizes as I haven't chosen a split level oven yet so I could be flexible with cupboard/ drawers)

Can anyone help me or suggest where I may enquire?

Ideally I would like to source a piece of worktop to match my existing one which is jade green with the appearance of tiny pebbles.

I googled Brecon Light Oak, this is one of the sites which came up http://kitchenhublimited.com/multiwood-kitchens-multiwood-kitchen-doors/189.html

Thank you boxtops, My only worry is that the link is dated 2009.
There is a company that advertises in a magazine that comes with one of our newspapers.
