Panel Duvet Set Or Rotary Duvet Set

I wish to buy two single bed duvet covers for my granddaughters. My research has identified two different types. There is a "panel" duvet set and a "rotary" duvet set. I would be grateful if someone could explain the difference and if there is any advantage for either type. I appreciate any advice. Many thanks

Seems Panel has one big picture of high quality whereas rotary may be several small pictures.
