I have a 'Firewarm' multifuel stove, but do not get great heat from it. Friends with similar stove must open living room door as the room gets so warm. I have to wear wooly dressing gown over my wooly jumper. One friend suggests there is no back draught. If this is so, can it be rectified?

What fuel are you using?
If I see Sherrardk posting I'll try to direct her to this question. (Her OH knows a great deal about multifuel stoves, as he sells them).

However the people at Firewarm might well be the real experts. Why not email them ([email protected]) or phone them (00 353 1 408 9932)?
