an someone help me ? im decoration my bed rooms ive sanded down doors and walls ,now i going to put linning paper up ? do i need to sugar soap the walls to get the dust off or just put paper straight on to walls thanks .

no need to sugar soap, that is basically for cleaning/priming paintwork. Just wipe the wall to get rid of the dust and then paper. If it's old plaster I would maybe coat it with paste and let it dry before papering.

No problem......if you do paste the wall first, it only need to be a thin solution, it helps the paper stick later.

Should i put water into the paste to thin the solution down ?
Yes to "size" the walls. But use normal strength paste to hang your paper.
