Argos Asking For A Photo
6 Answers
I recently bought an item of garden furniture via eBay. The seller gave a "Click and Collect from Argos" option, even though the seller name bore no resemblance to the Argos name. I had it delivered by Parcelforce.
Everything was fine, but I've just had an email asking me for a pic of the item in my garden. Is this how they always get photos for their catalogue? It seems a little odd to me.

No, hopkirk.
I think I see now what's going on. This seller has lots of garden items for sale. Some have photos illustrating them in gardens. Some, like the item I bought, have the item against a blank screen. She's looking for photos to illustrate her own eBay page. Cheeky mare! I might send Buenchico's pic now!
Nothing to do with Argos. I apologise to them.
