Most fridges or fridge-freezers have mainly shelves. Big, open expanses, where you're supposed to stack your perishables one on top of the other, making access difficult.
We use plastic boxes to try and improve this, but were wondering whether any manufacturer does a fridge/fridge-freezer with DRAWERS rather than open shelves. They haven't got to be drawers on runners, just open (freezer-style) drawers that can be taken out and in.
Anyone come across such a machine? If so, who makes them?
I don't know, but my wife recently bought a fridge type box from Wilkinson's to help organise things.
You could check to see if they do suitable sizes for your needs.
I recently replaced mine and I opted for a larder fridge. It's tall with lots of shelves and also bought a chest freezer. But you need the space for a chest freezer.
