Not the best but I've used hundreds of litres of it in the past when renovating properties.

As a painter and decorator, I've found most emulsion paints to be much of a muchness. Personally i've never had a preference.
If your decorator is a bona fide time-served tradesman, he will no doubt guarantee his work. So if he believes the product to be suitable, there ought not to be any problems.
