where can you buy bathroom wallpaper?

Does anyone Know where you can buy bathroom (and while we are at it kitchen) wallpaper ? My local home base only had it for the bedroom and livingroom. Preferably National stores or mail order / internet . :-)

I don't know why Homebase should say they only have bedroom and living room wallpapers. Sounds bonkers to me. Any vinyl-coated paper will do for a kitchen or bathroom as they are water resistant and splash-proof. It may be better not to apply it right down to the edge of a bath or sink, (a couple of rows of tiles, or a piece of Formica would be better here), and you wouldn't want to line a shower with it - it would get too wet. Just use a thick paste to help prevent the edges from lifting if your bathroom gets really steamy.

Hi heathfield thanks for your reply . I get your point about the shower .:-D. No we have a seperate toilet and bathroom So it's mainly for the toilet and one wall of the bathroom. Now I Know that all vinyl coated paper will do. I'll just look for some thing Plain and blue . :-D

i have avoided wallpaper for my bathroom now, i've bought the new acrylic rigid marble effect panelling, it is floor to ceiling in 8" wide lengths, 4 in a pack and they click in together and it looks like one huge sheet of luxurious marble wall. This stuff is wipe clean, never needs painting or anything, it is easy to fit and adds warmth and looks so hollywood! And no more wallpapering!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Dot and Chazza. Well Dot that certainly sounds luxurious. Maybe a little too luxurious, I don't think you would want to leave The bathroom.:-D Worth looking at though .Right chazza I'll put B&Q on my list.:-D
