Help I need to find some telephone adaptors

I have a Meridian Option 11 switchboard on which we use Meridian 3901 telephones. I have run out of the adaptors which the telephone cable plugs into which then plugs into the telephone socket. It seems to be a simple adaptor which presents as a standard BT telephone socket on one end and a standard BT telephone plug in the other. There is a pair of wires inside the adaptor which seems to cross over a couple of the pins. If someone could provide a link to where I could buy a dozen I would be grateul.
