Igrained limescale on granite drainer.
2 Answers
Hi, Does anyone know of a safe way of removing the build-up of ingrained limescale on a granite draining board. No matter how often I rinse and dry the drainer (such a bore!) it still builds up.
Any suggestions?

Or you can make a paste of bicarbonate of soda, put this on then drizzle some white vinegar on it, let it fizz then clean off. Might take a few tries but it should help. I live in an area with really hard water and use these ingredients for all sorts of things including cleaning out the kettle, which gets horrible rocks of limescale in it after a while!
