What will remove mould engrained on plastic sealant between our bath and wall tiles. Bleach and anti-mould sprays have proved totally ineffectiv, as has scrubbing with an old toothbrush. Thanks.

You probably wont be able to remove the mould, as it sounds like it's gone into the seal and not just on the surface.

You'd probably do better to just remove the existing sealant and apply new silicon sealant, but ensure you get the type which is mould resistant. It's a bit more expensive, but worth it in the longterm.
