Does anyone know if I can get a curry stain out of a woollen cardigan?
It is a pale yellow stain on a pale blue cardigan. I have machine washed it as wool and that has toned the yellow down quite a bit, but it is still visible.
I have a bad feeling about this, but thought that if anyone knew how to get it out or at least what to try, it would be someone on Answerbank.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

curry is a difficult one, in my experience soaking the stained item in cold water for a time before a cool wash can release the stain, but with curry you may have a mark left.
Try wetting the stain itself with vanish liquid, until its quite wet in the stained area. Leave it in for about 10 mins then wash as normal
