Supplimentary heating
I would appreciate some help. I live in a relatively small house which is central heated and double glazed. However, it is quite a chilly house. When I moved in I did ask the NHBC to look into it but they said this was not covered by them!! The downstairs is also open plan. What I am looking for is some inexpensive to run suplimentary heating if such a thing exists now!! Has anyone got any suggestions. I don't have a chimney or flue. Many thanks for any advice.

Any other sources........electric fires, mobile gas fires etc, would cost more to run than a good modern heating system.
I can't think of anything else but to just ...........turn the heating up...........................there are a lot of things I would rather sacrifice ............than being warm :o)
