amtico flooring

has anyone had problems having amtico flooring laid. the fitter who laid our floor and is supposed to be amtico registered has done a dreadful job. we are getting no help from amtico themselves and would like to advise anyone having amtico fitted please check with amtico first that they are registered, get an overview before they start and try to see examples of their work before they start.

Your contract is with the retailer, not with Amtico themselves.
Amtico take great steps to ensure that their retailers have the knowledge and skills to deliver the product and the installation service - and retailers have a store from which they display the product. In turn they will use installers who are either contracted to them with whom they have trust, or are employed directly.
I guess you chose an alternative route to get your installation done?
It is expensive relatively, but one gets what one pays for.
