My built in sliding wardrobe door is starting to stick

One of the doors on my sliding wardrobe is not sliding smoothly, can anybody please advise how to treat this problem?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.It would help to know if it's a "pocket door" or a pair of doors that slide past each other. Each has a different type of roller suspension, which is where your problem is most likely to have occurred.
Both type, at least here in the U.S. have an adjustment screw on the suspennsion mechanism that's relatively easy to, well... adjust. The door needs to be held upward to relieve the weight. This is done with a pry bar under the door. It helps if you have someone to help you, but, if you're well balanced you can do it by yourself...
