Every night and really early morning my shower releases a few drops water like a running tap. i have no idea what causes this asat night it is well after the shower has been used and in the morning it is well BEFORE the shower will be used. The water tank is in the loft and the shower is on the first floor - any ideas why this occurs? (No offence but i prefer no guesses - thanks)

My guess would be an air lock in the pipes which follows through after the shower has been used.

Sorry, I know you said not guesses but i could not resist after such an invitation!!
