Cleaning LCD TV screen.

I've asked this question before but have forgotten the answers.......sorry.
What is the best thing to clean the screen, bearing in mind it won't just have dust on it, but also goo from the cigarette smoke?

Use a clean damp cloth soaked in Fairy liquid or equivalent then wipe dry with Microfibre Cloth if you have one. Damp Cloth only not wringing wet !!!

Use a clean cloth soaked in Fairy Liquid or equivalent and some Vinegar if required for stubborn stains. Wring out well and then wipe TV /Computer Screen with a Microfibre Cloth to dry it off.

or just use window cleaner or any alcohol based cleaner.
