Help with colour run in wash

Could somebody please advise me what to use. I washed a rugby shirt in with some beige trousers and the dye seems to have run from the shirt even though I have washed it before without any trouble. I washed the trousers again straight away and they seem a bit better.Is there anything that can get them back as to how they were ?
