Can anyone offer some suggestions for adding some colour to our bathroom?
The only thing we can easily change is the colour of the tongue and groove panelling which is waist height on 3 walls.
The suite is white, floor and wall tiles are stone/beige large tiles with a matt finish (not shiny). Ceiling white. Panelling is currently ivory in an eggshell/satinwood finish. There's also a large window with a venetian blind in ivory. So it's all a bit "samey".
I'd like to use a blue or aqua on the panelling but wonder if it will look odd as the floor and wall above the panelling are the same stone/beige colour.

Any ideas?
Thanks

I suggest adding colour with accessories: towels, flannels, flowers, soap etc.
I would agree. Blue or Aqua towels and accessories and a large splash of blue/acque with a new blind.
I would paint the panelling burgundy, with the same colour blind and floor items bath mat and so on.I would then have aqua towels and other bits and bobs to match the towels.
