Central heating boiler over heats then switches off.

System / house is under 5 years old. There appears to be no water flow from the hot water cylinder to the main bolier. The only way I can compensate is by back filling the system. There is water in the hot water cylinder and a conyinual flow to it.


Any Ideas????
