Is it lawful for local planning office to give out personal details
Is it lawful for the local planning officer to give the copies of objections to a planning application to the applicant including the objectors names and addresses/email addresses? I understand that the applicant has the right to know why people are opposed to his application but furnished with the objections he then went round to the objectors homes and threatened/abused them all. Surely objectors personal details should not have been given out? Do we have grounds for complaint?
