Solar panels

I have a south east north west facing roof. Would it be better to have 8 solar panels on each aspect or 15 on the south east aspect.

there is loads of info on the internet on the best aspect to choose. have been given to understand that best aspect is west or south west. would it be possible to put them in garden facing best way. a difficult to garden bank or some such?

15 on SE aspect. There is no point in putting panels onto a roof plane that rarely sees any sunlight.
