Pets In Flats
Hello, I know I've asked a question before about pets being allowed in flats that you buy - but now have a slightly different question!
What about houses which have been converted into two flats, ie one up, one down - but have a communal front door. The entrance lobby (if you can call it that) is tiny before you have your own front door inside (if that makes sense).
Who would be in charge of that tiny lobby and who would say if pets are allowed or not?
