Property Transfer - Undue influence & unconscionability
Thanks guys for all your previous replys. It was very important i know what was in store. One more question for you. On my grandfathers claim form it states, to set aside the transfer made in 1998 between claimant and defendant, then it says, or alternatively that the defendant transfer the legal and beneficial ownership of the property to the claimant (my grandfather).
Could we transfer legal and benificial ownership of the property back to my grandfather and place a charge on the property register for the amount of money the property owes us. He could own the property and live there for free then we could collect our share back when he moves on. Any thoughts.
Nicola.
