I was going to sell my house I had an agent do the usual,photos,details and put it on his web site but I never signed a contract I did not proceed with the sale if I did put it up in the near future with a different agent would I have to pay the original agent any fee.

No the property was off his web site within a couple of weeks of going on but we gave in writing that we were removing from sale.

If you use any of the original agents photos or info you may be liable to charges. You're lucky not being charged for withdrawal as agents have costs & you admit seeing their work on their website.
Estate agent girly is jumping mad coz she undersold a house by £25k for a back-hander of£5k....idiot handed over keys without the bung.
