No experience, but when I was faced with considering this, I heard stories of how they "let you stay there" only to go back on it after a while and leave you high and dry. Avoid.
Go to a local reputable Estate Agent and get a valuation and then, if you say you are willing to accept a lesser figure, the Agent will be delighted to agree a bottom figure with you and quickly sell your property.
selling quickly is fine hans, but completing quickly is another thing. I "sold" my house within a week, but it still took another 3 months to actually move
The UK house transaction system is ridiculously prolonged, rife with unscrupulous so called professionals. Contractual obligations farcical. Scotland is a little better. The USA are more efficient. But, those are the apples. Re the post....not the best way.
We tried this a few years ago , trying to sell two houses Quickly, the offer was a joke, the offer they gave us for the two, was less than the value of one of them,. Do not go there.
