I have a poor credit rating (3 CCJs all satisfied), but have had a good credit history for the past three years, although a recent experien search gave me a poor rating I expect because of the previous CCJs. My partner and I would like to buy a house for 300000, putting down a 95000 deposit. My partner has an excellent credit rating. Will we be able to get a joint mortgage with my past history. I currently have an Abbey mortgage which has never been in arrears.
