Grout or Re-tile - which do you suggest

I have discovered a leak this morning in the shower. I have figured out that there is some sort of grouting/sealent problem.

I can either regrout the whole thing (which would involve a lot of hassle) or I can re-tile (over the top of existing). I will only be using cheap white tiles (spare bathroom which is only used around 40 times a year).

Any advantages / disadvantages that you can think of for regrouting?

Any other tips greatly appreciated to.

9 times out of 10 these sort of problems occur in the corners - either the joint between the bottom of the tiles and the top of the shower tray and/or between 90 degree corners in the tiled area of the shower itself. In the first instance, why not try scraping the grout or sealant in these areas away and re-doing just that bit. These areas should have silicon sealant in them anyway - not grout. Buy decent quality stuff - advertised as 20 or 25 year life. About �7 per tube in white and also some pastel shades.
