Can I block off a shared drive

My neighbour and I created a shared vehicle exit between our 2 semi-detached houses some 25 years ago. We both have an alternative exit which isn't shared. This has the effect of giving us both a sweep in and sweep out drive with the middle section being shared. Recently my neighbour has been blocking this shared exit with his callers cars and despite me asking him to keep it clear he wont. Can I block off my side of this shared exit. I understand there are some rules on easement.
