this might be a difficult question to answer but our house leads on to a large playing feild/ football pitch a lot people go walking their dogs & things.
we have recently found out the concil are going to build a large primary & nursury school, so the feild is going to go.would this affect the price of our house beacause we were thinking of moving maybe now or when the school is built
thanks.

If it were me I would sell now before any construction takes place. Once built the school would appear more imposing, the noise may be unbearable, the parking of cars outside your property may deter many buyers. What you can't see now can only be left to the imagination, the lesser of the two evils.
We had a new school built within the last few years round this way, and I don't think it has helped property prices. It has certainly helped estate agents, because as soon as they get a chance, the houses go up for sale.
Bear in mind tho that if you go before it is built, a land search by any prospective buyer would reveal the plans.
