Finding flat agency details
2 Answers
We are interested in renting or even buying a particular flat that we know is vacant but have no idea who the letting/estate agent is. We know people have been viewing the flat and we've even put a note through the door to ask the agent/landlord/owner to contact us but have had no response so far.
We are in a bit of a tight spot and need to look at the property now - is there a way (some kind of database) of finding out which agency is looking after the property? We have the full address.

Or, try all of the local estate agents in the area (starting with the agenices which tend to sell in that area), asking them whether the property is on their books. Even if it isn't theirs, they might know which one has it.
Or try rightmove.co.uk if you have a vague idea of the price it might be being sold for.
Good luck!
