How do I read my house deeds re: which is the boundary I am responsible for. One Boundary has a T on it. Is it the T on my garden or the T in next doors garden?

Your responsible for the boundary fence with the T on your side.
"T" points into boundary owner's land.

In fact, boundary owner owns the structure (wall, fence, or hedge) and the land on which it stands. Boundary is legally an invisible line down the outer face of structure (so neighbour owns airspace only up to, but excluding, the boundary structure itself).
