In 2000 my mother died. In her will she allowed her then partner at the time to be a life tenant in the property, which she left to me. The life tenancy also indicated that he must keep up all repairs on the property, keep in good maintance and also insure the property in the names of the 3 executors. I have now found out that he is now living there with someone else. Can I charge the other person rent for living in my property. Any advise would be appreciated.
