Private selling of home

Could anyone point me in the direction of a good website than can help me sell my house without estate agents? Basically, i'm looking for a step by step guide to doing so.

rightmove is the most popular website for property sale in the UK. majority (if not all) the estate agents use this site. You can also advertise privately but i think you have to pay a small fee.

Step 1) You advertise it locally and wherever you can afford. Make youre own sign to put in the garden if you want.
Step 2) You show people round.
Step 3) When you find a buyer and agree on price, you give them your solicitors name - you get theirs and thats it - there's nothing else for you do do but leave it to the lawyers.
