im moving up north to live with my fiance shortly we are going to be renting a flat, the tenancy agreement is going to be in his name only i have got quite a poor previous credit rating does anyone know as my name is not going to be on the tenancy is it likely that i would have problems getting future credit etc as although we are going half on all payments its only registered as his name? many thanks.

You can't change the fact that you have a poor credit rating, if your name did go on the tenancy agreement there may be a chance that the landlord could do a credit check and refuse to rent you the property, so maybe better to leave it as your partners name.
