I don't think he can lock you out, but you really need to go and see your local CAB or a solicitor.

So long as your name is on the mortage, he cannot legally lock you out and vice versa.

Of course he cannot. If he did so, ring the Police. I had a problem with my landlord once and I had to call the Police.
