5 Answers
Hi everyone,
Me and my girlfriend are planning on buying a house in Luton as we cant afford London prices. We would really like to buy a 2 bed house (prob mid terreced on our budget) in the center or as close to the center as possible.
While searching on the internet my girlfriend has seen some lovely houses in the areas of Biscot and High Town really only knowing the center of Luton I would really appreciate if any one could tell us if these are nice parts of Luton?
Many thanks in advanced!

Like most towns Luton has good parts and bad parts. You may be surprised by the amount of green spaces and the lack of noise from the airport. I've lived in Luton for a few years now and like it. The area between the town centre and Hitchin is OK., moving away from High Town towards Round Green, Stopsley, Putteridge and Wigmore...cheep housing too.
