Power Lines

I have Powerlines and telephone lines which cross my property to my neighbours house instead of coming from the street. Can I make them be removed? (as the bird mess on my 2 cars).

You are never serious? You are not going to get power lines and telephone lines moved just to stop birds sitting on them and pooing on your car! Park somewhere else!

It power lines never crossed property except the property they serve, there would have to be a pole outside everyone's house.

In my last house we had overhead power lines to the houses, which is unusual these days.

While there the power company modernised and had the power moved to underground cables.

Perhaps it is worth asking your power supplier when your area will be brought into the modern day.
