The land registry have marked out a boundry with metal spikes ,but then have not translated that to the plans( on line) and say it is at it says on line .But when you look it isn't.
My neighbour is very pleased with gain !! Any help I'm stuck.

The Land Registry don't agree boundaries as such.

Has there been some kind of tribunal case or have they been to inspect land eg in a sale of part where it is unclear which land was sold (eg strange shaped parcels).

Was a surveyor involved?
