Moving back to the UK .. Advice needed on Herts

Dear All, We are a married couple in our 30's with a small dog and will be moving back to the UK soon.

We would like to know more about Broxbourne and the surrounding areas, The only constraint is that we need a BR station close by, for access into Liverpool St.

If you live here would you recommend it?

Look at a site called upmystreet. It gives you house prices,transport links,crime figures etc. Hope this helps.

We've had a fab time here but I really, really miss England, I love Italy too but having lived here for the last two years, it's not all wine and sun! (mostly, but not all)

Hey look at Downham Market Norfolk. Bit further out but prices lower, very low/no crime,lovely people-honest,just come for a day and use the local shops and you will think you are in a different world. Main train line-goes into Kings Cross but you can change to get to L'pool St. The area you were asking about isn't what it was a few years ago and the prices are a laugh.
